Refund Policy

01Try before you buy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of LeadWave made directly from Techno Ved IT Solutions (via WhatsApp or our website). Please read it alongside our Terms of Service and our Readiness Guide, which explain the technical nature and risks of LeadWave before you buy.

02Eligible for a refund

You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if:

• LeadWave fails to install or run correctly on a supported Windows system, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after a reasonable attempt to help you;
• You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same license;
• The license key we issued does not activate the software as described.

03Not eligible for a refund

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

• You changed your mind after testing the free trial and purchasing;
• Your WhatsApp number was restricted, flagged, or banned by WhatsApp — this is a known and disclosed risk of any unofficial WhatsApp tool, explained in our Readiness Guide and FAQ before you purchase;
• You did not read or follow the setup instructions, or misused the Software;
• A feature stopped working temporarily due to a WhatsApp-side or Baileys-side change outside our control — we will still work on a fix, but this alone does not qualify for a refund;
• The license key has already been actively used for an extended period;
• You purchased the wrong license tier by mistake and continued to use it after activation;
• You violated our Terms of Service or WhatsApp's own terms of service.

04CodeCanyon / Envato purchases

If you purchased LeadWave through CodeCanyon, your purchase is subject to Envato's own refund policy, not this page. Refund requests for CodeCanyon purchases must be made directly through CodeCanyon / Envato support, since we do not process payments or refunds on their behalf.

05How to request a refund

To request a refund for a direct purchase, contact us within 3 days of purchase with your order details:

Please include your device code, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue.

06Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
