01Important: unofficial WhatsApp connection

LeadWave connects to WhatsApp using Baileys, an independent, reverse-engineered library. LeadWave is not the official WhatsApp Business API, and Techno Ved IT Solutions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. Using any unofficial connection method carries a real risk that WhatsApp may restrict or ban the number you connect, and no software can guarantee this will never happen.

02License grant

Subject to payment of the applicable fee and your compliance with these Terms, Techno Ved grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to install and use LeadWave for your own business purposes, on the number of devices your purchased license permits. This is a license to use the Software, not a sale of the underlying source code or intellectual property.

LeadWave's Cloud-Based Licensing System allows certain license tiers to generate sub-license keys for your own clients (for example, agencies reselling or rebranding LeadWave). Doing so is subject to the specific terms of the license tier you purchased and does not transfer ownership of LeadWave's underlying code to you or your clients.

You may not, except as expressly permitted by your license or by law:

• Redistribute, resell or sublicense LeadWave outside the scope of your purchased license tier;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of LeadWave itself, beyond what your license tier expressly permits;
• Remove or alter any licensing, copyright or attribution notices;
• Use LeadWave for any unlawful purpose.

03Free trial

We may offer a free, time-limited trial license so you can evaluate LeadWave before purchasing. Trial licenses are issued at our discretion, may have reduced functionality or duration, and carry no warranty or support commitment beyond what is stated for paid licenses.

04Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use LeadWave to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages ("spam") to recipients who have not consented to receive them;
• Violate WhatsApp's own Terms of Service, or any applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam regulations in your jurisdiction;
• Harass, defraud, or deceive any person;
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with WhatsApp's, Meta's, or any third party's systems.

You are solely responsible for how you use LeadWave and for the content you send through it, including compliance with WhatsApp's policies and all applicable laws.

05Intellectual property

LeadWave, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is the property of Techno Ved IT Solutions and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Software as licensed.

06Updates, support and availability

We aim to keep LeadWave working well and to release updates when needed, but because LeadWave depends on WhatsApp's own backend and the upstream Baileys library, features may temporarily break after changes on WhatsApp's side, and fixes may take time to develop and release. LeadWave is provided as a licensed desktop tool, not as enterprise SaaS with uptime service-level agreements (SLAs). Support is provided on a best-effort basis via WhatsApp and email.

07Fees and payment

LeadWave is currently offered as a one-time purchase for lifetime access to the licensed version, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change for future purchases and do not affect licenses already issued. If you purchase via CodeCanyon, that transaction is additionally subject to Envato's own marketplace terms.

08Disclaimer of warranties

LeadWave is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that LeadWave will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your WhatsApp number will remain unrestricted while using it.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techno Ved IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use LeadWave — including, without limitation, any restriction, suspension or banning of your WhatsApp number by WhatsApp or Meta. Our total liability for any claim relating to LeadWave shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Techno Ved IT Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of LeadWave in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or WhatsApp's own terms of service.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using LeadWave at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LeadWave shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of LeadWave after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
